- 7+ years of healthcare finance experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospital finance, budgeting, or service line finance.
- Experience with capital planning, ROI analyses, and executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual operating budget, capital budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans for Diagnostic Imaging and Clinical Laboratories.
- Provide executive financial leadership supporting strategy, operations, and growth.
- Participate in month-end close, variance analysis, dashboards, and forecasting.
- Lead capital investments, ROI analyses, and business cases for major purchases.
- Develop financial models for technologies, expansions, and service line growth.
- Perform analyses to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
