The role collaborates with executive leadership and operational leaders to optimize resources, evaluate capital investments, and provide data-driven recommendations across enterprise reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years healthcare finance experience with 5+ years leadership in hospital finance, budgeting, or service line finance.
• MBA/MHA preferred; CPA certification advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual operating budget, capital budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans for Diagnostic Imaging and Clinical Laboratories.
• Provide executive financial leadership supporting strategy, operational performance, and growth.
• Participate in month-end close, recurring financial reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, and forecasting.
• Lead evaluation and tracking of capital investments, ROI analyses and business plans for major purchases.
• Develop financial models for new technologies, equipment replacement, expansion initiatives, and service line growth.
• Perform capacity, productivity, labor, reimbursement, and profitability analyses to improve efficiency.
• Support revenue integrity initiatives with finance and operational leadership.
• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and hospital leadership.
• Partner with clinical, operational, supply chain, and finance leaders to align resources with priorities.
• Develop financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards; drive continuous process improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Diagnostic Finance team.
