Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of healthcare finance experience with 5+ years in hospital finance leadership.
• Experience with capital planning, business case development, financial modeling, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating and capital budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Provide executive financial leadership for strategy, performance, and growth.
• Participate in month-end close, variance analysis, dashboards, and forecasting.
