Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace/defense.
• Strong command of FP&A, reporting, and cost accounting.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Full control of financial operations including close, reporting, and forecasting.
• Drive financial strategy and modeling for investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance and manage internal controls in a global environment.
