Job summary

American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Inc. (ASHP) invites applications for an Executive Fellow in Association Leadership and Management at its Bethesda, MD HQ.

This paid 12-month fellowship provides hands-on training across not-for-profit leadership, governance, policy development, and strategic initiatives with mentorship from senior leaders. Fellows will support projects including strategic planning, commissions, and national meetings, gaining broad exposure to association operations,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
• Eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in a U.S. state or territory.
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency preferred.
• Strong involvement as a volunteer leader.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate, and implement projects and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to policy development and governance activities.
• Coordinate activities with key stakeholders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with planning at ASHP's National Meetings and strategic planning retreats.
