Hello Subaru of Temecula seeks an energetic Automotive Sales Manager with a strong F&I background and used-car experience to lead our sales team. You’ll own the desk-to-deal process, fund deals, and train staff while working closely with the General Manager to drive volume and profitability.

Qualifications

• F&I background: minimum 1 year, including contract generation and lender relationships.
• Used car experience: proven success in appraisal, pricing, reconditioning, aging.
• Minimum 2 years as a Sales Manager with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of California/California DMV compliance.
• Proficient with dealership software: CDK, DriveCentric, vAuto, Dealertrack, AutoFi.

Responsibilities

• Desk, approve, and structure deals; generate contracts.
• Lead daily save-a-deal meetings and weekly floor training.
• Audit deal files for compliance and accuracy.
• Drive funding speed and build lender relationships.
• Improve used-car growth and maintain 1-to-1 new-to-used balance.
