Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts, located at L’Auberge Del Mar, seeks an Associate Director of Food & Beverage to direct all outlets and Banquets. You’ll lead the guest dining experience, mentor teams, and partner with department heads to align with the resort’s vision.

This executive role reports to the General Manager and requires a hands-on leader who delivers exceptional service, staff development, and cost management in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership including multi-outlet and banquet operations.
• Proven ability to lead salaried and hourly teams, control labor and cost of goods, and manage a departmental budget.
• Manager Food Handler certification and RBS certification, or the ability to obtain both upon hire.
• Strong computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all outlets (Adelaide Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Lyric Cafe, In Room Dining, Minibar) and Banquets.
• Lead service and management philosophy aligned with hotel standards.
• Review daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction, analyzing revenue vs. budget.
• Train and develop staff; conduct weekly training and orientations.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and liquor regulations across outlets.
