Job summary

Marriott Beverly Hills is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage in Beverly Hills. Lead and train the F&B team, ensure leadership presence on each shift, and oversee standards for food prep, purchasing and production. Manage inventory, cleanliness, and liquor procedures to ensure compliance and accountability.

Some culinary background is preferred. Salary range is $100,000–$110,000 annually, with full-time on-site work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Food and Beverage leadership role with proven record of success.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local food and liquor regulations.
• Ability to train and coach staff and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and train Associates in food and beverage department.
• Ensure management presence during each shift to support the team.
• Establish, direct and review performance standards in food preparation, purchasing and production.
• Schedule, evaluate and direct food and beverage team; provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure inventory, supplies and materials are provided for staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety laws across F&B areas.
• Establish and review liquor procedures for security and accountability.
• Preferred culinary background.
