Job summary

UKG is seeking an Emerald Experience Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and executive partner for our most valuable Premium accounts. You will lead adoption, retention, and business value realization while providing technical stewardship across UKG Pro products and platforms.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage executive communications, and drive ROI through strategic governance sessions and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HCM, HRIS, or enterprise SaaS customer success, consulting, or technical advisory roles.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), including Advanced Scheduling and/or TeleStaff.
• Proven ability to consult with enterprise customers at both business and technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive relationship manager for Premium accounts.
• Champion adoption, retention, and business value realization.
• Provide technical stewardship across UKG Pro, Pro WFM, Workforce Central, and PLUS Central.
• Align internal UKG teams around customer goals and translate executive objectives into actionable roadmaps.
