Job summary

WyoTech is seeking a Field Admissions Representative to build relationships with prospective students, deliver presentations at schools and events, and guide applicants through the admissions process.

You will manage a remote territory, collaborate with Enrollment Services, attend career fairs, and ensure a smooth student experience across programs. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits with ample growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a remote territory, building awareness and interest in WyoTech programs.
• Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations at high schools, events, and industry gatherings.
• Cultivate relationships with high school instructors, counselors, CTE programs, and industry partners.
• Identify and mentor top students, helping them explore and pursue careers in the trades.
• Guide students and families through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Represent WyoTech at career fairs, trade shows, and community events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 DOE, (6-10% GTR)

In this role, you’ll play a key part in connecting with prospective students, building relationships, attending events, and guiding applicants through the admissions process to help them take the next step toward their future. You’ll collaborate closely with our Enrollment Services team to ensure a smooth transition into one of WyoTech’s core programs. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
