This role requires ownership, discipline, and the ability to manage detailed fiduciary matters in a highly regulated environment, including client and business development activities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading fiduciary or wealth teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex estates with discretion.
• Strong communication with beneficiaries, counsel, and advisors.

Aufgaben

• Administer probate and non-probate estates where the Bank serves as trustee or PR.
• Oversee settlement activities, inventories, and accountings; assist with distributions.
• Research legal/tax issues; coordinate with tax advisors, counsel, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review estate-related documents and fiduciary records.
• Monitor assets, valuations, taxes, insurance, and real estate or business interests.
• Maintain regular client and internal communication to ensure service quality.
• Build relationships with prospective clients to support business development.
• Lead and coach Personal Estates staff; manage department budget.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
