YMCA of NorthWest North Carolina is seeking a Housekeeper to perform comprehensive environmental services across offices, common areas, and exterior grounds, ensuring facilities remain pristine, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards for family principals and guests.

The role requires knowledge of high-volume custodial workflows, sanitation chemical management, and collaboration with program heads while maintaining discretion in sensitive environments.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 months cleaning/maintenance/hospitality in a professional setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute general cleaning protocols across offices, common spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, and parking lots using deep-cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, and pressure washers.
• Monitor and refill vital sanitation supplies in restrooms, common spaces, and locker room zones.
• Perform routine garbage collection, debris clearing, and secure disposal workflows throughout the facility's interior and exterior perimeter.
• Assist with organizing, staging, and configuring furniture and layouts for meeting spaces, estate gatherings, and projects.
• Attend staff syncs and coordinate with Program Directors to ensure facilities are clean and ready for daily arrivals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
