Gartner, Inc. in the United States seeks an Consulting Associate Director responsible for project delivery and client relationship management.

You will lead teams as an engagement manager, shaping scope and design, delivering on time, and guiding projects with innovative technology strategies. You will use ERP cloud expertise (Oracle, Workday, SAP) to drive state and local government engagements, mentor juniors, meet utilization and sales goals, and contribute to hiring while leveraging AI to

Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of ERP Cloud consulting experience (Oracle, Workday, or SAP).
Experience leading ERP Cloud workstreams and full life-cycle implementations.
Experience with State and Local Government clients.
Sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Oversee consulting engagements, including budgeting, scoping, and designing project roadmaps.
Create high-quality deliverables such as decks, manuals, and quantitative models.
Build credibility with client executives and manage engagement scope.
Develop engagement hypotheses and train others on techniques.
Provide timely feedback and coaching.
Apply AI to identify opportunities and improve project outcomes.
Assist in client interviews and workshops.
Meet utilization and sales targets; participate in hiring and mentoring.
