Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks an Executive Director, Enterprise Strategy to partner with leaders across GE Vernova’s corporate and business unit teams to lead strategy projects.

You will co-lead cross-functional processes to identify top opportunities or risks and drive analyses to address them. You will develop enterprise growth initiatives, craft M&A investment theses, and collaborate with Corporate Business Development to evaluate acquisitions or divestitures, while preparing senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science, finance, economics, business or related field.
• 7+ years in Strategy Consulting (Associate Partner level or equivalent), or 12 years in Corporate Strategy roles, or a combination.
• Experience leading a corporate strategic planning process, growth strategy development and M&A strategy formulation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and influence decision making without formal reporting line
• Experience in engagement and presentation to C-suite executives on corporate strategy and M&A investment theses
• Analytical, structured and rigorous data-driven approach; ability to problem-solve complex business issues and synthesize conclusions.
• Track record of learning and using new AI-powered tools to accelerate and expand strategic analyses
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams, manage projects and deliver results on time in a matrixed environment.
