GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director of Enterprise Strategy to partner with senior leaders across corporate and business units. The role leads cross-functional strategy projects, oversees growth initiatives, and shapes M&A and portfolio decisions to drive enterprise value.

Travel ~25% and relocation support are noted for eligible candidates. The position requires MBA or equivalent experience, a strong track record in strategic planning, and proven ability to influence executives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science, finance, economics, business or related field
• 7+ years post-MBA in Strategy Consulting (Associate Partner level or equivalent), or 12+ years in Corporate Strategy roles
• Experience leading a corporate strategic planning process, growth strategy development and M&A strategy formulation
• Proven ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and influence decision making without formal reporting line
• Experience in engagement and presentation to C-suite executives on corporate strategy and M&A investment theses
• Analytical, structured and rigorous data-driven approach; ability to problem-solve complex business issues and synthesize conclusions into a strategy
• Track record of learning and using new AI-powered tools to accelerate and expand strategic analyses
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams, manage projects and deliver results on time in a matrixed environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presence to rally stakeholders around a vision
• Ideal: MBA and industry experience in Technology and Energy/Power; commercial due diligence for investments

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic impact by co-leading cross-functional processes to identify top corporate-level opportunities or risks
• Develop enterprise growth initiatives and assess adjacent markets GE Vernova could enter
• Translate market intelligence into actionable insights with the market analytics team
• Prepare executive presentations and memos and facilitate senior leadership discussions
• Analyze portfolio for expansion and optimization; define M&A gameboard and investment thesis
• Collaborate with Corporate Business Development on acquisitions/divestitures
• Lead analytical rigor and speed in growth strategy development; evaluate build/buy/partner options
• Structure problem-solving, secure executive buy-in, and mentor junior staff
