The role oversees project strategy, financial performance, client relationships, and teams from preconstruction through turnover. The successful candidate will lead Project Managers and field leaders, coordinate with preconstruction, engineering, and vendors, and manage

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive electrical construction experience.
• Experience with data centers, mission critical, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor or other highly technical industrial projects.
• Experience overseeing $100M+ projects with responsibility for financial and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, procurement, scheduling, commissioning, change management, risk management, and project controls.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing Project Managers and field leadership while managing demanding clients and fast-track projects.
• Hyperscale data center experience strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for large-scale electrical projects, driving performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client expectations.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership responsible for complex project execution.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, cost-to-complete, procurement, change management, cash flow, and profitability.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, engineering, operations, field teams, vendors, and commissioning groups to manage project risks and schedules.
• Serve as an executive-level contact for clients, general contractors, design teams, equipment vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of major electrical scopes including medium-voltage distribution, substations, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and critical power infrastructure.
