Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Executive to provide executive leadership for large-scale data center, mission critical, and complex industrial electrical construction projects, including projects valued at $100M+.

This role oversees strategy, financial performance, and execution from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating with preconstruction, engineering, operations, field teams, vendors, and commissioning groups.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive electrical construction leadership.
• Experience with data centers, mission critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other highly technical industrial projects.
• Experience overseeing $100M+ projects with financial and operational responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for large-scale electrical projects, driving performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client expectations.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership responsible for complex project execution.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, cost-to-complete, procurement, change management, cash flow, and profitability.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, engineering, operations, field teams, vendors, and commissioning groups to manage project risks and schedules.
• Serve as an executive-level contact for clients, general contractors, design teams, equipment vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of major electrical scopes including medium-voltage distribution, substations, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and critical power infrastructure.

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Executive to provide executive-level leadership for large-scale data center, mission critical, and complex industrial electrical construction projects, including projects valued at $100M+.

This individual will oversee project strategy, financial performance, operational execution, client relationships, and project teams from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

Projects may include hyperscale data centers, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, distribution, and other technically complex industrial facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide executive oversight for large-scale electrical projects, driving performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client expectations.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership responsible for complex project execution.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, cost-to-complete, procurement, change management, cash flow, and profitability.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, engineering, operations, field teams, vendors, and commissioning groups to manage project risks and schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of progressive electrical construction experience, including leadership of large, complex projects and project teams.
• Proven experience with data centers, mission critical, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or other highly technical industrial projects.
• Experience overseeing electrical projects or portfolios valued at $100M+ with responsibility for financial and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, procurement, scheduling, commissioning, change management, risk management, and project controls.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing Project Managers and field leadership while managing demanding clients and fast-track projects.
• Hyperscale data center experience strongly preferred but not required.
