Qualifications

• Equivalency statement: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
• Organizational Development Specialist II/III levels require a bachelor's plus years of experience or a master's plus years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career coaching and support progress toward career goals.
• Engage PMBA and MBAO students in Career Advancement Services.
• Coach on resume, LinkedIn strategy, networking, interviewing, and job-search strategies.
• Collaborate with Employer Relations to connect students with opportunities.
• Track student engagement and progress toward career goals.
