Job summary

Northwell Health in New York seeks an experienced executive driver to provide safe, confidential transportation for senior leaders. You will support light administrative tasks during downtime, including scheduling and document preparation.

The role requires a clean driving record, valid license, and a proactive approach to route planning, safety, and discretion. You will work closely with security and facilities to ensure timely arrivals and professional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an executive driver or similar role.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Defensive driving training preferred.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and discreet transport for executives to meetings and destinations.
• Plan efficient routes and adjust for schedule changes.
• Monitor traffic patterns and weather to avoid delays; adjust routes accordingly.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
• Work with security teams when needed to support safe travel.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, drafting documents and memos, and expense/inventory tracking during downtime.
• Performs related duties as required per ADA; other related duties may be assigned.

Provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation for executives while ensuring confidentiality, discretion, and exceptional service. Supports light administrative functions including travel coordination and appointment scheduling.

Job Responsibility

• Provide safe and discreet transport for executives to meetings and other destinations.


• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays; adjust timing or routes based on schedule changes.


• Maintain awareness of traffic patterns, weather conditions, and alternative routes and adjust routes accordingly.


• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.


• Work with security teams when needed to support safe travel.


• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, drafting documents and memos and expense and inventory tracking, as needed, during downtime from driving responsibilities.
