Qualifications

  • Valid state Driver’s License. A specialized Chauffeur’s License, CDL, or TLC license (if required by local jurisdiction) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional driving experience (e.g., black car service, corporate chauffeur, or luxury hospitality).
  • Impeccable driving record with no at-fault accidents, DUIs, or major traffic violations within the last 10 years.
  • Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Exceptional geographic knowledge of the Central Mississippi area, including major airports, hotels, business districts, and event venues.
  • Excellent verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure or during sudden schedule changes.

Responsibilities

  • Client Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport executives, VIPs, and private clients to meetings, airports, events, and other destinations according to a pre-arranged schedule.
  • Route Planning: Anticipate traffic and weather conditions by checking navigation apps and planning optimal primary and alternative routes.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients professionally, open doors, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable environment tailored to client preferences.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; ensure a clean, fueled vehicle stocked with daily amenities before each shift.
  • Safety & Compliance: Obey all traffic laws and company safety protocols; report vehicle issues to management immediately.
  • Discretion & Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality regarding all passenger identities, conversations, and destinations; maintain a polished appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Transportation:Safely and efficiently transport executives, VIPs, and private clients to meetings, airports, events, and other destinations according to a pre-arranged schedule.
  • Route Planning:Anticipate traffic and weather conditions by checking navigation apps and planning optimal primary and alternative routes.
