Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a DON Administrator to lead daily operations and financial management of our growing pediatric ASC network.

You will direct all program elements, supervise clinical and administrative staff, and partner with the Medical Executive Committee to advance strategy and patient care.

Requirements: nursing degree, BLS; ACLS and PALS within 60 days; 3+ years in healthcare operations; leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• BLS required on hire; ACLS and PALS within 60 days.
• ICU or perioperative nursing experience.
• Three or more years in healthcare operations.
• Leadership experience as Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Administrator.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Computer skills for word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for day-to-day operations and financial management of the Surgery Center.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all program elements and services at the Surgery Center.
• Provide leadership to a team of medical and administrative professionals to promote outstanding results in patient care and satisfaction.
• Work with the Medical Executive Committee and Governing Body to execute the Strategic Plan and goals.
• Complete and monitor budgets and submit reports to meet targets.
• Manage annual budget and reporting with CFO to maximize EBITDA.
