Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers (Blue Cloud) seeks a DON Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations and financial management of its Surgery Center in Murrells Inlet, SC. This role blends clinical leadership with strategic oversight in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

You will direct program elements, supervise clinical and admin staff, and work with the Medical Executive Committee to align goals, patient care, and staff culture with EBITDA targets.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire.
• ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire.
• ICU or perioperative nursing experience.
• Leadership experience in Director of Nursing or Administrator roles.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational and financial management of the Surgery Center.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all program elements and services.
• Provide leadership to medical and administrative teams to sustain quality care.
• Collaborate with Medical Executive Committee and Governing Body on strategic plans.
• Manage facility budgets and reporting with CFO to maximize EBITDA.
• Monitor budgets and drive trends that improve financial and clinical outcomes.
