Girls on the Run Greater Piedmont is seeking an Executive Director to lead mission, strategy, and operations. The role reports to the Board Chair and focuses on fundraising, program oversight, and building key community partnerships to expand access for girls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of executive leadership experience in a nonprofit environment.
• Proven fundraising, grant writing and budgeting capabilities.
• Ability to engage diverse communities and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall program.
• Develop and implement a sustainable fundraising plan.
• Oversee board relations and volunteer leadership.
