Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience fundraising and developing funding sources, including grants and donors.
• Ability to analyze budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure fiscal discipline.
• Knowledge of youth development frameworks and SAL concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate county-wide youth programs and services.
• Lead SAL operations, including budgeting, contracts, and partnerships.
• Serve as liaison with Sheriff’s Office, SAL Board and volunteers.
• Develop funding strategies and manage donor relationships.
• Prepare reports, contracts, and policy documents for senior management.
• Supervise managerial, professional, and clerical staff and contractors.
• Advocate for SAL mission and community engagement.
