Job summary

Qualifications

• Public administration and program management knowledge.
• Experience with youth development or SAL concepts.
• Budgeting, funding and grant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate county-wide youth programs.
• Develop goals, policies and budgets for programs and priorities.
• Serve as liaison with SAL Board, advisory boards and staff.
• Maintain relationships with public/private organizations.
• Prepare contracts, reports and manage staffing.
