Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in secondary education setting.
• 5+ years relevant work experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Fundraising experience including events and major gifts preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage finances within approved budget and review program reports.
• Lead grant writing and donor stewardship to diversify funding.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders and Board members.
• Direct program operations, revenue generation, fundraising, and debt retirement.
• Promote marketing/branding for community engagement.
