Qualifications

• Experience in a residential setting.
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 2 years of fundraising experience, including events and major gifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage finances within approved budget and analyze program financial reports.
• Develop partnerships with donors; cultivate and steward donors and a diverse donor base.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and serve as liaison for the program.
• Create and implement marketing/branding to promote fundraising and community engagement.
• Plan and direct program operations and fundraising activities to support growth and debt retirement.
