Qualifications

• Significant P&L experience managing an organization of similar size and complexity.
• Experience working with volunteer Board leaders or senior management teams to execute a strategic vision.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build consensus.
• Passion for developing youth and aligning with the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: lead long-term plan, budgeting, and operating plan to meet mission.
• Revenue Growth: develop fundraising strategies with donors, sponsors, and campaigns.
• Operational and Program Excellence: ensure youth development programming quality and reach.
• Financial Management: oversee budget and financial controls with board.
• Marketing and Communications: serve as spokesperson and raise organizational profile.
• Stakeholder Management: manage relationships with participants, partners, and community.
