Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Warehouse Operations to lead strategic, multi-site warehouse, inventory, logistics, and GMP shipping functions across the North Carolina network.

You will shape policies, governance, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement to support manufacturing and customer commitments. Lead the execution of capacity planning, ERP/WMS initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and IT to ensure operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing supply chain.
• 5+ years leading multi-site operations.
• GMP, GDP knowledge and regulatory readiness.
• Experience with ERP and warehouse tech including SAP and WMS/EWM.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all warehouse and distribution operations.
• Develop and mentor multi-site Warehouse Operations teams.
• Oversee KPIs, safety, compliance, inventory accuracy and cost management.
• Governance for warehouse operations, policies and controls.
• Lead capacity planning, network optimization, and business continuity.
• Sponsor technology initiatives including SAP, WMS/EWM, automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align supply chain with business goals.
• Represent warehouse and supply chain in executive reviews and audits.
