Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Veterans Home Administrator for MVH-Minneapolis. Lead the home’s operations in Minneapolis, directing resident care and all administrative functions to meet MDVA goals.

Requirements include an active Nursing Home Administrator license and at least five years in healthcare leadership, with strong budget and resource management. The role includes travel and union environment experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing with the ability to obtain MN license by date of hire.
• Five years of experience in healthcare operational leadership, including licensed Nursing Home Administration.
• Experience managing human and fiscal resources and quality assurance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and oversee the overall operations of MVH-Minneapolis.
• Provide leadership and general managerial supervision to ensure quality resident care.
