JIN (Jewish Investor Network) seeks an Executive Director to lead strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement. The ED will advance justice and Palestinian rights within the financial system while guiding JIN through its next growth phase and serving as its public face to conferences, networks, and partners.

• Values-aligned investing with human-rights focus and Palestinian rights.
• Track record turning relationships into action across complex spaces.
• Experience designing and executing shareholder advocacy campaigns from concept to results.
• Credible public voice with strong communications skills and strategy building.

Responsabilités

• Strategy and vision: set long-term priorities and translate into annual plans.
• External Representation: act as JIN’s voice in meetings, networks, and conferences; craft messaging.
• Membership and Campaigns: grow and mobilize members for shareholder campaigns.
• Leadership Development: cultivate leaders who can speak publicly about investing with a Jewish lens.
• Partnerships: steward relationships with allies, investors, and movement partners.
• Operations and Management: manage day-to-day operations, budget, staff, and committees.
