Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) seeks a dynamic Executive Director to lead the National Association of Jewish Legislators (NAJL). The role reports to NAJL Board Chair and JFNA CEO, with Washington, DC preferred. Prepare strategic plans, drive fundraising, and expand programming while engaging Jewish legislators nationwide.

You will oversee governance, partnerships, and national/international outreach, including Israel missions, to elevate NAJL’s visibility and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with legislators or legislative bodies.
• Proven fundraising, donor cultivation, and partnerships development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, including Israel missions.

• Lead fundraising plans and revenue growth with leadership team.
