Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Executive Director U.S. and Above Markets Compliance Officer to lead the US & Above Markets Compliance & Ethics team. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure compliant commercialization strategies and strong ethics across regions.

The role emphasizes global program execution, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Law, Commercial, R&D, and Finance to uphold integrity and compliance.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in compliance in a highly regulated industry.
• Compliance & Ethics experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Direct and in-depth experience managing countries/markets with 3rd Parties and/or distributors/wholesalers.
• Superior personal integrity and ethics with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong strategic-thinking and ability to identify process improvements.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Leadership aligned with BMS values: Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Passion, Accountability, Urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the right tone throughout the organization with integrity, quality, compliance, and ethics.
• Collaborate with leadership to direct compliance activities in the United States.
• Drive execution of global compliance programs.
• Identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and provide guidance to prevent issues.
• Coordinate with other BMS functions to address compliance issues.
• Liaise with direct manager and Centers of Expertise for issue escalation.
• Ensure reporting of violations to enforcement agencies as appropriate.
• Manage internal reviews and related compliance aspects of wider investigations.
• Provide regular reports to regional senior management on compliance progress.
• Develop Growth & Development plans for the US & Above Markets Compliance & Ethics team.
