Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Berkeley Heights, NJ seeks a Senior Manager or Associate Director, Compliance Americas & UK to join the global compliance team. This role will implement and operate North America & UK compliance programs for Hikma globally.

You will support anticorruption, fraud, and transparency programs across commercial, manufacturing, and R&D operations, ensuring adherence to U.S. laws and the UK Bribery Act, with ongoing risk management and reporting.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent U.S. law degree preferred or a bachelor’s degree with substantial compliance experience.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive compliance, legal, or regulatory experience with at least 5 years in healthcare/pharma compliance in a U.S.-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of FCPA, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, and related U.S. and UK requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support anti-corruption compliance program aligned with FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
• Manage third-party due diligence and risk-based monitoring of higher-risk relationships.
• Oversee gifts, meals, entertainment, and hospitality controls for interactions with healthcare professionals and regulators.
• Assist in internal investigations and regulatory inquiries, coordinating with stakeholders.
