Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accountable to the Chief Operating Officer with delegated responsibility to deliver strategic planning and operational management.
• Ensure safety, quality, service performance and financial objectives are met across the division.
• Lead development and motivation of teams, ensure governance and adherence to Trust values.
