The Executive Director provides leadership to the specific location. Providing oversight to the care and quality of services provided to our residents. The ED is responsible for the quality, leadership, and regulation of the policy and procedures of the organization. The ED is also responsible for organizing and monitoring each department of the facilities in which they are responsible.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Maintain a valid Driver's license or state ID
• Successful Completion of a drug screening
• Background results within company standards
• Minimum of a HS diploma or have obtained an undergraduate or graduate degree in related field. LPN or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first 30 days of employment
• Must complete a TB skin test within first 30 days and then annually
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
