You will lead strategic initiatives, conduct user research, develop roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to align with business goals, managing senior stakeholders globally.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in product management delivering large-scale enterprise products.
• Travel industry experience required.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience moving technical products from inception to delivery.
• Ability to manage tight delivery timelines under pressure.
• Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Data-driven decision making and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and manages delivery of product roadmap across web and mobile.
• Serve as SME for product domain – evaluate requirements, scope solutions, identify risks, and communicate goals to stakeholders globally.
• Utilizes Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Develops requirements, epics, and user stories for AI & Innovation initiatives.
• Analyzes product metrics to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
• Conducts user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Communicates the impact of lodging initiatives to senior stakeholders.
• Drives senior level strategy discussions to determine the product roadmap.
• Manages product reviews, leadership sessions, and data-based decisions on roadmap evolution.
• Partners with internal/external teams on prioritization and feature development.
