Qualifications

• Executive Director with mission-driven leadership and track record of program building.
• Strong operational and clinical excellence experience in trauma services.
• Willingness to work on-site and drive startup initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new Havenwood location and build a high-performing team.
• Drive operational and clinical excellence with strong governance.
• Hire/fire and talent activities; ensure staffing and training.
• Coordinate licensing, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Engage families and ensure outcomes align with program goals.
