The role oversees hiring, budgeting, compliance, and program development, with on-call coverage and cross-team collaboration to improve outcomes and community transition for residents.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field required; bachelor’s may substitute in some programs.
• At least 3 years’ experience with the identified population.
• Two years supervisory experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership within the Team.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manages program budgets and productivity expectations.
• Ensures documentation and compliance with standards.
• Develops and executes marketing plan for the program.
• On-call coverage during and after program hours.
