Job summary

Qualifications

• For advanced degree in medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, immunology, translational science, or related field.
• 12+ years in clinical research or drug development.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional clinical development, translational, or pediatric strategy.
• Experience with PSPs/PIPs, waivers/deferrals, and health-authority interactions.
• Experience in oncology, immunology or rare diseases is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level pediatric development strategy from candidate transition through registration.
• Develop and execute pediatric plans across indications, including PSPs and PIPs.
• Create integrated translational strategies linking biology, biomarkers, and pharmacology.
• Define opportunities for extrapolation and age-group sequencing.
• Establish pediatric starting doses and dose-escalation approaches with model inputs.
• Collaborate with CMC and device teams on age-appropriate formulations.
• Lead pediatric study design, endpoints, eligibility, feasibility, and site selection.
• Own regulatory content for pediatric submissions and interact with FDA/EMA.
• Maintain visibility of pediatric obligations and mitigation plans.
• Coach team members and build capability in pediatric translational development.
