Job summary

Qualifications
- 12+ years of clinical research or drug development experience.
- 7+ years leading cross-functional clinical development or translational strategy.
- Experience developing pediatric plans (PSPs/PIPs) and regulatory interactions.
- Ability to guide biomarker and translational evidence plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio-level pediatric development strategy from candidate transition to lifecycle management.
- Develop and execute Pediatric Study Plans and regulatory strategies with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacology, Biometrics and regulatory teams to align dosing strategies and age-appropriate regimens.
