Job summary

E3 Consulting is seeking an Executive Director - Thermal with deep expertise in thermal power and energy infrastructure. You will lead technical and commercial due diligence to support project financing, acquisitions, and divestitures, while providing owner’s engineering and development guidance.

As a senior contributor and possible team lead, you will participate in proposal development, manage client interfaces, and collaborate with subconsultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience; IE or consultant background preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Review and opine on technical terms in project agreements.
• Assess budgets, schedules, and bankable terms.
• Review project schedules and capital costs for adequacy.
• Provide construction monitoring and progress reporting.
• Lead projects as PM or senior technical expert.
• Assist in business development and proposals.
• Travel 10–25% as needed.
