Responsibilities

  • Provide regular reports regarding finances, programs, fundraising, and organizational performance.
  • Assist the Board in governance, strategic planning, and policy development.
  • Support board recruitment, orientation, and engagement.
  • Develop and oversee the annual operating budget.
  • Ensure responsible financial management, accountability, and transparency.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement sound fiscal practices.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, nonprofit regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives, including major gifts, annual campaigns, grants, corporate partnerships, and church partnerships.

Position Summary

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of the organization, providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to advance the organization's mission.
