Job summary

You will drive budgets, governance, workforce planning, executive communications, and performance dashboards, partnering with Finance, HR, Risk and Legal to deliver operational excellence across global technology organizations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in technology, financial services, strategy, or operations.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and investment governance.
• Experience supporting senior executives and delivering board-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business leadership and translate enterprise strategies into executable technology plans.
• Oversee consolidated technology budgets, headcount planning, and capital investments.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for leadership.
• Coordinate risk, regulatory, and governance activities across NTAM, WM, and AST technology groups.
