Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC seeks an Executive Director of Student Leadership & Engagement to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Office of Student Leadership & Engagement.

The role directs the Student Government Association, supervises key staff, oversees engagement initiatives, and partners across campus to foster belonging, leadership development, and a dynamic student experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration, student affairs, counseling, leadership, or related field.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in higher education student engagement, student activities, campus life, leadership programs, or related areas.
• Experience supervising, developing, and evaluating professional staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage the daily operations of the Office of Student Leadership & Engagement.
• Directly advise the Student Government Association.
• Supervise the Director for Student Activities and the Coordinator for Student Engagement.
• Oversee the Student Engagement Development Center.
• Supervise the Student Life Marketing Committee.
• Oversee Student Center Workers.
• Coordinate departmental assessment, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop leadership education experiences including the Leadership Retreat and First-Year Student Leadership Conference.
• Support advisor development and student employee supervision.
• Advise the Fraternity & Sorority Life Council.
