Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree and three or more years of relevant experience in higher education student engagement or campus life are required.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and strategic leadership skills are essential.
• Experience supervising professional staff and working with diverse campus partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Office of Student Leadership & Engagement.
• Directly advise the Student Government Association.
• Supervise the Director for Student Activities and the Coordinator for Student Engagement.
• Oversee the Student Engagement Development Center and related committees.
• Oversee Student Center Workers and coordinate assessment, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop leadership education experiences, including retreats and conferences.
• Support advisor development and student employee supervision.
• Advise Fraternity & Sorority Life Council.
• Other duties as assigned.
