JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Transactor for the Trade & Working Capital division's Structured Working Capital team.

You will structuring, executing and managing structured receivables and inventory finance transactions, collaborating with clients to meet working capital objectives and optimize global flows. You will lead transactions from bilateral receivables purchases to syndicated inventory financing, work with credit, risk and legal teams, and develop cash flow and analytical

Formación

7+ years of structuring and transaction experience.
5+ years of credit risk management experience with min 5 years in structured products.
Experience with structured product management and governance.
Knowledge of alternative financing structures for receivables, including securitization, borrowing base and bilateral receivables purchase programs.

Responsabilidades

Work closely with Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking teams to recommend structured off-balance sheet solutions for clients' working capital.
Partner with finance, product, legal and risk colleagues to ensure seamless product delivery for bespoke structures.
Pitch, structure and execute transactions with innovative solutions to complex problems.
Prepare and review data analysis including cash flow models and stress tests.
Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including credit analysis, approvals, and negotiating legal documentation.
Understand competition, capital markets, accounting, macroeconomic and regulatory dynamics.
