JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Transactor in its Trade & Working Capital division.

You will design and execute structured working capital solutions for clients globally, leading diverse transactions from receivables to multi-billion-dollar financing while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will analyze cash flows, model risks, and drive transaction execution, including legal documentation and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years structuring and transactions, with corporate finance and legal risk knowledge.
• 3+ years credit risk management, with at least 2 years in structured products.
• Knowledge of alternative financing structures for receivables (securitization, borrowing base).
• Understanding of accounting policies for receivable purchases.

Become a key player in JPMorgan Payments' Trade & Working Capital division, where you'll leverage your expertise to design and execute tailored financial strategies that enhance our clients' working capital efficiency on a global scale.

As a Transactor within Trade & Working Capital's Structured Working Capital team, you will be responsible for structuring, executing and managing structured receivables and inventory finance transactions. You will work closely with clients to understand their working capital objectives, identify opportunities and recommend customized structures. As a member of our team, you will lead transactions ranging from bilateral receivables purchase structures to multibillion-dollar syndicated inventory financing, all designed to optimize the efficiency of our clients' global working capital flows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking teams to recommend structured off-balance sheet solutions to enhance working capital position for clients within specific sectors
• Partner with finance, product, legal and risk functional colleagues to ensure seamless product delivery for structures which can be adapted to meet bespoke customer needs
• Pitch, structure and execute transactions bringing innovative solutions to complex problems
• Prepare and review data analysis including cash flow models, stress test models and other analytical tools
• Manage all aspects of transaction execution including socializing with internal partners, preparing credit analysis and approval materials, leading approval discussions, developing operational processes, and negotiating legal documentation
• Understand and assess competition, capital markets, accounting, macroeconomic and regulatory dynamics

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

• 5+ years of structuring and transaction experience, with strong working knowledge of corporate finance, corporate credit and legal risk
• 3 + years of credit risk management experience with minimum of 2 years in structured products
• Experience with structured product management and governance
• Knowledge of alternative financing structures for receivables, including securitization, borrowing base and bilateral receivables purchase programs

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

• Relevant trade finance experience with a focus on structured receivable transactions
• Knowledge of relevant accounting policy guidelines applicable to receivable purchases and understanding of enforceability / perfection requirements in major jurisdictions
