Job summary

Rodey Dickason Sloan Akin & Robb PA seeks an Executive Director to serve as the senior business and administrative leader for the firm, guiding financial performance, operational efficiency, talent attraction, and resource allocation across Albuquerque and Santa Fe offices.

The role collaborates with the Managing Director and Executive Committee to ensure client service excellence, strong internal controls, and scalable growth while overseeing billing, HR, IT, and facilities functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA designation preferred.
• 10+ years of financial and/or operational leadership experience.
• Experience in a professional services organization, preferably a law firm.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Firm's financial operations and annual budget planning.
• Oversee operations, administration, facilities, and IT in coordination with leaders.
• Manage HR, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Drive risk management, compliance, and internal controls across the Firm.
