GAF Materials Corp. is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Planning & IBP to architect and govern our end-to-end strategic planning engine and Integrated Business Planning framework.

This leader will align multi-year strategy with IBP, AOP, and capital planning while coordinating with Finance and executives to ensure disciplined execution. The role requires 12+ years in corporate strategy or enterprise transformation within manufacturing, with a strong track record in cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise strategy, IBP/S&OP, and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern the annual Enterprise Strategy Cycle and IBP framework.
• Drive integration of Strategy Deployment and IBP into planning cadences.
• Coordinate with Finance and Executive Leadership to align with AOP and capital plans.
• Cascade validated strategies into annual goals, performance reviews, and leadership messaging.
